The group owns and manages its own stores in some territories, while working with local partners in others.
Retail International Group offers a dedicated, independent management team to each of the brands we represent. Every brand is treated uniquely, facilitating the flow of policy from brand to implementation on shop floor. Shared resources are strictly limited to Finance, Administration, Property Management, HR Recruitment and Training.
Retail International has logistical and administration units in Malta, Libya and Morocco. We work only with reputable international banks, facilitating: timely payments of invoices, opening of LC’s and general banking arrangements.
Economies of scale and a self-owned, centralised distribution centre enables Retail International to have a strong and efficient supply chain, therefore enabling lean and agile methods of replenishment.
