Reporting to the Group IT Manager, the selected individual's role is to oversee the existing network infrastructure and implement security protocols in line with industry standards. Furthermore, the individual will oversee current server and storage systems, backups and disaster recovery and other systems utilised by the company.


In addition to the above, the individual is expected to:

- carry out research in order to improve the existing infrastructure and propose changes accordingly

- liaise with service providers

- document procedures and update systems diagrams

- assist end users with day to day issues

- assist the Group IT Manager in IT projects as per business requirements

Main responsibilities:

• Process online orders, returns, and replacements in a timely manner, tracking deliveries and ensuring all customers’ needs are met

• Responsible for fulfilment process of picking items from our distribution centre based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements

• Ensures that orders are accurate and monitors product storage and dispatch

• Liaise with courier to deliver all orders within requested time frame

• Packs all online orders as necessary, ready for dispatch

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items from various locations to our head office

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail industry or a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management and customer service skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Valid driver's license category B or B1 would be considered an asset

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, the warehouse assistant will be responsible for the receiving, checking and releasing of stock from customs to delivery of stock into retail stores.

Role and responsibilities
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries;
• Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received;
• Checking all consignments for damages, shortages, correct product details and scanning errors and report and shortages or other problems to the Warehouse Supervisor;
• Labelling goods
• Maintaining all records and reports related to stock receipts, stock movement / transfers and stock consolidation;
• picking goods that have been ordered
• moving and stacking goods ready for delivery
• Carry out periodic stock takes;
• compliance with security procedures and health & safety
• maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris
• Reporting on stock levels, stock ageing and stock shortages.

Key Requirements
• Strong numerical skills

Together with the Store management you will make sure products are in stock, on display and
readily available where and when they’re needed, together with accurately recording &
controlling stock inflow and outflow from the location. At times you’ll be working backstage,
processing stock deliveries as quickly and efficiently as possible. You’ll be receiving deliveries,
storing them and tracking stock movement, looking out for damaged or missing items as you
go. You’ll have a part to play front of house too. During our busiest periods, you may also be
asked to support our Salesfloor team.


Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all the stock within the store
• process of stock coming in at the store mainly including, unloading goods, checking,
scanning and potentially tagging and pricing the items.
• keeping the allocated space in the store room to store extra stock. This area should be
kept organised at all times.
• Regular clearance of Damages.
• Stock take assistance – Involvement semi-annually for all the stores stock takes
• Stock take preparation – Make sure that the store is well organised before the actual
stock take is carried out in the store responsible for. As well system needs to be fully
updated prior to the stock take process.
• Theft and loss – As a stock controller you need to make sure that the element of Theft
and loss is reduced as much as possible. This may include spontaneous checks at store
level.
• Assist the store manager in other store areas when in need.


Requirements:
• Previous experience in the retail industry will be considered an asset
• Good level of English
• Competent in using MS office programmes
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in a timely manner

General Overview
Responsible for the visual merchandising functions, to create an inspiring in-store experience
and exploit commercial opportunities within the store environment. Under the direction of
the store manager, the VM is responsible for planning and establishing ways of working to
ensure a consistent and cohesive customer journey through all phases of a season. Maintain
the brand standards through the coaching and training of the store teams to perform
merchant based visual merchandising and managing the daily, weekly, and seasonal VM
execution. Reviews productivity reports on a regular basis and implements corrective actions

Key Responsibilities
• Understand, practice, and execute visual merchandising strategies.
